HR Consultant – Human Capital

Job Summary

We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Consultant to join our team. This position specializes in recommending high-quality solutions to optimize a client’s HR operations, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of existing procedures, devising strategies to attain the best employment practices, and developing programs to benefit employees and the company. They will be able to implement the client’s company policies and regulations, and create new ones as needed. They will also lead, encourage, and train junior consultants to accomplish these goals on behalf of our clients and the company’s mission and vision.

We are looking for someone who can be responsible for multiple programs, work with numerous individuals (staff, clients, vendors etc.), has professional knowledge in the field of HR, and can utilize a variety of strategic consulting skills. Responsibilities and Duties

• Provides expertise to clients in the development of their corporate HR programs in areas such as talent acquisition and onboarding, compensation and benefits, training, employee retention, and employee relations.
• Oversee a portfolio of clients and unique engagements. Create and maintain working relationship and accountability to the client to demonstrate FutureSense core values: Thoughtful, Responsive, Authentic.

Ability to upsell HR strategic and tactical/transactional services with existing clients.

Ability to develop business relationships with new/potential clients and sell HR tactical/transaction and strategic services

Ability to build effective HR services proposals to existing and new clients.

• Initiate and lead human resource programs and projects.
• Conduct research through various methods (data collection, surveys etc.) to identify a problematic situation or find the cause.
• Provide advice and recommendations to HR personnel for resolution of daily issues.
• Manage assigned staff to ensure project deliverables and deadlines are met.
• Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters.

Build and manage detailed HR project plans and direct project team resources.

• Assist in the development and integration of policies.
• Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management.
• Select and implement suitable HR technology

Qualifications

• BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources, preferred.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• 6+ years' experience as an HR consultant or related experience.
• Experience in project management, preferably HR related.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR strongly preferred
