Human Resources Manager Jobs

The Human Resource Manager organizes and coordinates the organization’s core human resources functions such as recruitment and on-boarding, timekeeping and payroll processing, employee training and development and labor laws compliance. This position will drive organizational development efforts as well as lead special functions involving the employees of the organization to support business goals and objectives.The HR Manager will work with about 100 employees.

Responsibilities include:

• Compensation and Benefits Administration
• Recruitment and Onboarding
• Organizational Development
• Employee and Community Relations
• Job fairs

This position is critical to growth. Not only will you do core function of HR, you will also be involved with strategic HR projects including:

• Employee engagement
• Employer branding
• Development of a job training plan
• Culture change
• Career development and planning

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• BS Degree in Management or HR Management
