Human Resources (Hr) Generalist - Remote | Wfh

Position: HR Generalist
At Mountain Land Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation, we are searching for an HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will contribute to the core HR functions with a specific focus on Benefits, Compliance, and Employee Relations. In addition, you will collaborate closely with our HR Director to establish streamlined processes for integrating newly acquired companies as we embark on a journey of rapid growth. This role will involve close cooperation with our Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and Payroll Teams, all with the aim of attracting and retaining top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities
Manage core HR functions, with a primary emphasis on Benefits, Compliance, and Employee Relations.
Collaborate with the HR Director to develop integration processes for newly acquired companies.
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and Payroll Teams to support talent acquisition and retention efforts.
Oversee a team of two HR employees.
Opportunity for mentorship and professional growth within our collaborative HR team.
Qualifications
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Effective time management and task prioritization.
Proficiency in computer-based tasks.
Preferred Experience With FMLA, ADA, Employee Relations, And Benefits.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, or equivalent work experience (preferred).
aPHR, SHRM-CP, or PHR certification (preferred).
Ability to maintain a consistent and reliable schedule.
Must not be on any Federal or State medical exclusions lists.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually (Depending on Experience)
Hours & Benefits: In this full-time role, you will be eligible for our outstanding insurance, including participation in our HSA plan for less than $100/month for single coverage. We also offer standard benefits, along with an annual $150 allowance for items that promote physical activity.
