Position Summary
Join our team as an HR Support Specialist and immerse yourself in a dynamic role where you will contribute to various aspects of human resources, including staffing, compensation, benefits, learning, associate relations, and performance management. Your expertise will ensure the consistent application of HR policies and procedures while serving as a liaison to different departments and subject matter experts.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive HR support, overseeing staffing, associate relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and learning programs.
Develop and propose innovative solutions for a wide range of HR challenges.
Consult with management on the interpretation and implementation of HR policies, programs, and procedures.
Collaborate with managers and associates to address and resolve associate relations issues.
Conduct staffing activities such as sourcing, candidate interviews, and reference checks.
Nature And Scope
Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to identify and address complex research and data-related issues.
Demonstrate increasing independence in your work, seeking guidance only for unusual or intricate problems.
Occasional supervision involves periodic reviews by a supervisor or direct customers of the process.
May provide guidance and training to junior-level support or professional personnel.
Work Environment
Enjoy a comfortable indoor workspace with infrequent and minor unpleasant conditions, if any.
Primarily work in a seated position with regular opportunities for movement. Occasional light lifting or physical tasks may be required.
Some overnight travel, typically ranging from 5% to 20% of the time.
Education And Experience
A bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in a relevant discipline is typically required.
Generally, 2-5 years of experience in a related field, or an MS/MA degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Certification may be necessary for specific areas.
Pay Transparency: The salary range for this position is $58,600 - $90,200.
