Lead the charge in hiring around 5-10 brilliant minds annually. While many of these recruits will be esteemed court reporters, other roles will also come into play, shaped by the evolving needs of our vibrant company.
Harness the power of our innovative ATS to seamlessly coordinate interviews and oversee the recruitment process. Your organizational prowess will be the driving force that keeps everything flowing smoothly.
Champion an exceptional candidate experience, standing as the welcoming face of our company for potential hires. Your warmth and approachability will make all the difference in making candidates feel valued and excited about the prospect of joining us.
Take the reins in conducting interviews, aiding hiring managers in making well-informed decisions that align with our team's aspirations and culture.
Collaborate closely with our dedicated HR Manager, providing invaluable support to our employees. From orchestrating seamless onboarding experiences to navigating benefits administration and fostering performance growth, you'll contribute to our thriving work environment.
Craft and continually refine our employee handbook, ensuring our team always has the best resources at their fingertips.
Stay abreast of local HR compliance, ensuring our practices are not only effective but also in harmony with the latest regulations.

What We're Seeking
A proven track record of cultivating exceptional teams and fostering key partnerships with stakeholders.
A Bachelor's degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience ranging from 1 to 3+ years in HR and/or recruiting, with a passion for bringing the right people together.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that will help you connect with candidates and colleagues alike.
A flair for recruiting or a genuine interest in taking on recruiting responsibilities.
A contagious enthusiasm for working with people, coupled with a deep passion for fostering positive connections.
