Human Resources Generalist Jobs

Insight Global is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join a growing cybersecurity staffing firm sitting onsite in Rosslyn, Virginia. This staffing firm services a variety of clients, with about 80% of their clientele being commercial (both public and private sector) and 20% being federal. This HR Generalist will be responsible for all general people operations including onboarding, offboarding, internal recruiting, employee engagement, and miscellaneous HR administration tasks. Because this staffing firm is specific to IT and cybersecurity and frequently works with the federal government, it is imperative that this HR Generalist have professional work experience in both the federal and cybersecurity space. This role will also be liaising quite closely with the management team sitting in Spain, so it is a big plus for this HR Generalist to be conversational or fluent in Spanish. This is a hybrid role with expectations to be onsite 4 days per week.

Must Have:

- 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, or HRBP

- Professional HR work experience in (and strong understanding of) the cybersecurity industry

- Professional HR work experience in (and strong understanding of) the federal government space

Plusses:

- Conversational or fluent in Spanish

- Experience managing SOC room from an HR perspective

- Professional experience working with both public and private sector clients/companies
