For our Modular Manufacturing Unit and AMMEGA Human Resources team, we are currently looking for Human Resources Manager (Spanish Bilingual Preferred).

 

As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for providing hands-on, day-to-day management for all human resources functions for the manufacturing unit, including, but not limited to building culture, developing talent, and providing guidance to the business. You will report to Vice President, Human Resources - Americas and be part of the Reading and Regional HR management teams. You will act as a strategic business partner to the Plant Manager and Operations Director. In this role, you will be based in Reading, Pennsylvania.  

 

A day in the life of a Human Resources Manager can look like 

  • Drafting and communicating key messages to employees 
  • Managing staffing and recruiting processes, ensuring positive and efficient experience to meet business needs
  • Selecting, developing and retaining talent through recruitment and succession planning
  • Working on benefits administration and compensation analysis
  • Building culture by working together with the local team on organization health survey analysis and action plans
  • Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives 
  • Partnering to solve organizational opportunities with business leadership

We are looking for you to have 

  • Drive for change and innovation 
  • Spanish bilingual and certified HR professional preferred
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in matrix organization
  • Minimum 5 years in HR generalist role in manufacturing
  • Able to work in the US, minimal travel
  • Excellent computer and analytical skills – MS Word, Excel, PPT
  • Entrepreneurial and customer focus 
  • Learning agility 
  • Ability to deliver what is promised 
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent communication, project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to build relationships through collaboration 
  • Leadership acumen 
  • Prior experience with HRIS and report writing
  • Positive team spirit
