Job Description

The ideal candidate must live in Minnesota and will have at least 8+ years of experience in Human Resources (in a management level role). Details below:


Details:

  • Pay range: $113-175K base salary + 3,000 Holiday Bonus and $20,000 – 30,000 Director bonus
  • Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5:00pm (approx.)
  • Location: in office for training and then flexible
  • Type: Direct Hire with benefits


Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll and benefits administration
  • Ensure employee handbook is kept up to date, research and suggest adjustments
  • Serve as part of the Leadership Team
  • Forecast company needs to determine hiring requirements
  • Review and administer compensation analysis and adjustments to meet and exceed market rates
  • Provide guidance and coaching to management, oversee employee review process
  • Run various reports and analytics to ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Implement strategies for talent acquisition and onboarding
  • Serve as the HR Director for 65 employees


Requirements:

  • Technologically savvy
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent type degree, Master's Degree in Business Administration in preferred but not required
  • Experience in all facets of staff management and development
  • 8+ years of experience in human resource management
