- Manages company expense credit card, completes expense reports and process invoices.
- Provide guidance to leadership on common employee relations issues.
- Manages the employee referral program, tracks referrals and processes payouts.
- Collaborates with talent acquisition team to assist with recruiting and on mass hire process providing supplies to the new stores, making travel arrangements, coordinating with the facility, and reviewing and corresponding with candidates.
- Supports human resources department by answering questions, furnishing information, maintaining printed and on-line materials and developing reports.
- Manages Store awards process, including Gold Club, Heritage and Leadership Awards.
- Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, ie minimum wage and ensures postings are current and meet legal requirements.
- Coordinates all pre-employment processes for new hires, including background checks and drug screens.
- Creates and distributes all types of correspondence.
- Participates in ongoing quality monitoring and process improvement activities related to background checks.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Update and manage Human Resources page on Home Plate.
- Coordinates Home Office events and meetings including but not limited to preparing and distributing agendas and meeting materials, and reserving and preparing facilities.
- Processes unemployment claims.
- Collects, compiles, and prepares data for analysis and develops systems that facilitate tracking of data.
- Performs customer service functions responding to various employee questions and requests.
- Two to four years previous administrative experience, preferably in human resources function or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
