We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our manufacturing team. As the Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations within our manufacturing facility. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of HR best practices and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the manufacturing facility.
- Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and ensure a safe work environment.
- Monitor and manage HR metrics to identify trends and implement improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including employment standards, labor relations, and health and safety.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
