Store Human Resources Coordinator Jobs

Providing support and guidance to legal entity HR BP to ensure a consistent co-worker experience for all co-workers

3 years minimum Human Resources experience. 2 years minimum in leadership role

SHRM-CP or SCP, or SPHR or PHR certification Preferred

Demonstrated experience with all HR disciplines.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Two to four years previous administrative experience, preferably in human resources function or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Manages Store awards process, including Gold Club, Heritage and Leadership Awards.

Update and manage Human Resources page on Home Plate.

Manages company expense credit card, completes expense reports and process invoices.

Manages the employee referral program, tracks referrals and processes payouts.

Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, ie minimum wage and ensures postings are current and meet legal requirements.
