Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Ensure that employee and customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner.


Required Education and Experience:

  • Degree preferred but not required
  • MS Office Suite
  • 3-5 years related experience in human resource role

  • Ability to work independently without supervision and with minimum direction


Essential Functions:

  • Maintain WOTC submission and tracking
  • Maintain orientation rosters and attendance tracking
  • Submit and track eVerify data
  • Communicate with team members through MS office suite
  • Maintain applicant tracking system
  • Complete background screenings
  • Lead or support weekly new hire orientation
  • Responsible for training and motivating the team members
  • Respecting and understanding of the Customer/supplier relationship
  • Maintain personnel files and documents
  • Ensure that Employees abide by all customer policies including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Systems, Human Resources policies, and the Customer Employee Handbook.
  • Manage employee concerns and implement improvement actions
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, such as processing information files and other paperwork


Working Conditions

  • 1 WFH day
  • M-F, 8am - 5pm, on-site at customer site
  • Office Environment and Plant Floor (PPE required)


Effort/Physical Demands

  • Constant communication with employees, peers, and management
  • Overtime as required
