Human Resources Coordinator Jobs

Zeigler Bros. Inc. is an established global manufacturer of premium feeds for the aquaculture, pet, and bio-medical research industries.

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Coordinator will have an extensive background in full-cycle recruitment. This position will work closely with department managers to assist in fulfilling current position openings as well as proactively identifying future hiring needs. We are looking to attract and retain the best qualified employees while growing a strong talent pipeline. In addition, this position will handle the administration of leave requests and payroll processing.

Responsibilities

· Filling positions within the organization

· Design and implement overall recruiting strategy

· Preparing position descriptions and posting job ads to available job board sites, newspapers, etc.

· Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications

· Schedule and conduct interviews with managers, and process candidates through full- cycle recruitment process

· On-boarding support

· Management of all job search sites and recruitment sources

· Assist HR Manager with employee engagement, recognition, and reward programs

· Payroll processing, including input of all vacation, personal, and other timekeeping changes as needed

· Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Minimum of 2-3 years in full lifecycle recruitment

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Marketing and/or basic design skills in support of recruitment

· Previous experience working in an HR Dept. is a plus

· Must be proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc)

Starting wages - $22.00 - $25.00/hour
