Job Description

Connecting the Pieces is Hiring a Human Resources Administrative Assistant


Responsibilities:

·Handles the onboarding process for all new contractors and employees with an emphasis on required clearances.

·Communicates with independent contractors’ requests and provides assistance as needed related to maintaining credentials.

·Ensures employee and contractor documents, credentials and clearances are up to date.

·Completes intake calls for prospective clients

·Keeps database and filing systems up to date and organized.

·Collects and stores required documents for providers during clearance process

·Inputs provider information into company systems

·Ensures clearance renewals are received prior to expiration.

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications

·Strong communication skills

·Organized and detail oriented.

·Ability to manager and prioritize tasks and time effectively and efficiently

·Good customer service skills

·Familiarity with Microsoft products a must (specifically excel)
