Human Resources Manager - Remote | Wfh

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a Remote HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with key stakeholders in the assigned region, ensuring that their site needs are met effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders in the region to maintain ongoing communication regarding site requirements.
Source and identify potential candidates, including reaching out to individuals identified through various systems and career events.
Plan and manage recruitment events as necessary, ensuring a seamless experience for all involved.
Conduct timely screening of new applications and conduct virtual/telephone interviews with qualified candidates for hiring consideration.
Prioritize delivering a best-in-class candidate experience through consistent communication, prompt contact, and thorough follow-up with all potential candidates.
Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers and human resources professionals.
Collaborate with all relevant parties to ensure timely offers and facilitate pre-employment onboarding.
Address and resolve any concerns or issues that arise at various stages of the recruitment life cycle.
Requirements
8 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
In-depth knowledge of current and relevant HR legislation, including but not limited to FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and Health & Safety.
Strong skills in project management and execution.
Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
Bilingual proficiency in English and French (for the north region) is a plus.
Working Hours
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
