Position Summary
We're on the lookout for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our passionate team! Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate employee records, supporting talent acquisition efforts, processing payroll, managing employee benefits, and ensuring a clean and inviting corporate office space.
What You'll Do
Make payroll processing a breeze by managing our U.S. and Canada semi-monthly payroll using our third-party payroll systems.
Be the superhero who handles payroll-related tasks like tax notices, wage garnishments, and deductions with finesse.
Expand our reach by setting up new tax jurisdictions when needed.
Keep our HR and benefits systems up-to-date by entering changes efficiently.
Create user-friendly guides to help our employees navigate our people-related systems with ease.
Collaborate with our benefits broker to maintain an accurate and user-friendly benefits portal.
Be the go-to person for benefit-related tasks through our benefits portal and carrier platforms.
Rock the administration of U.S. and Canada benefit programs, including COBRA and leave management.
Use your interviewing prowess to pre-screen applicants using video and phone technologies.
Dive into pre-hire behavioral assessments with our third-party provider and help prepare interview guides and reports.
Assist our HR Generalist with onboarding and new hire training programs.
Be the friendly face behind HR-related inquiries and provide top-notch assistance.
Coordinate seamless training logistics, from scheduling to materials distribution.
Ensure our corporate HQ is in tip-top shape by supporting various facilities-related activities.
Let your creativity shine by researching, designing, and recommending awesome employee events aligned with our social responsibility strategy.
Embrace any other tasks assigned by our VP of People with a positive attitude.

Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
1-2 years of professional experience in recruiting/talent acquisition, Human Resources, benefits, payroll, or compensation. Relevant internships count too!
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Prior experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
Bonus points if you've used Paylocity and/or Employee Navigator.

Your work hours? Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., but flexibility is our middle name.
