Job Description

Our client, a global toy manufacturer and entertainment company, is actively looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team in East Aurora, NY! This role is onsite so local candidates are required.


***This is a 6 month initial contract for 24 hrs/week***


Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding setup and prep
  • Assist with seasonal hiring admin duties including data entry, email notifications, and onboarding prep
  • Enter new employee information, update, and modify information in HR systems as needed
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
  • Assist with internal and external community facing events
  • Complete data entry according to set guidelines; complete reports as needed


Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-3 years of professional work experience preferably in an HR role
  • Demonstrated ability to review and analyze data
  • College degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred; high school degree or GED is required
  • Must have strong organizational and communication skills
  • Must have strong computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
