Job Description

A large distribution company in Philadelphia is looking to hire an HRIS Analyst. This newly created position will join a strong HR/Payroll team and lead the system side of the department. The role will include ongoing reporting and maintenance, as well as a number of special projects.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert for Payroll and HR System needs
  • Perform routine and ad-hoc reporting and analysis utilizing ADP-R
  • Research payroll regulatory changes to ensure up-to-date compliance
  • Support external audits as needed
  • Identify ways to improve the current use of ADP and make recommendations to management
  • Spearhead the set-up, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of additional ADP modules, such as Performance Management, Compensation, and and Onboarding
  • Assist in training staff members on new or updated technology
  • Scrub system data and ensure uniformity
  • Special projects as assigned


Requirements

  • Proficiency with ADP and ADP Report Writer required
  • Experience implementing new software platforms a plus
  • 2+ years payroll and HR systems experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in-office daily
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
