Description


As an Insurance Operations Analyst, you will leverage Granular's precision risk solution to provide self-funded employers with more predictable benefit plan protection. You are a builder, able to plan strategically for the benefit of the business and you thrive in a fast paced environment.


Responsibilities


  • Create and maintain effective process documentation, policies, and procedures
  • Communicate and work effectively between internal and external technical and non-technical teams
  • Work with internal operations and vendor partners to facilitate effective onboarding for new and renewing business
  • Lead client implementations by interacting with clients as well as internal and external partners in meetings, phone calls and email
  • Coordinate with sales, account management, operations, and compliance personnel to identify process gaps and design and execute solutions to improve implementation processes


Minimum Qualifications


  • Creative and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills
  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in insurance with a focus in operations, account management, implementation, project management, or related experience
  • Ability to work independently and with other team members as needed


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in client-facing implementation roles
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to simplify complex concepts for varying levels of audiences
  • Experience managing a team or processes independently with little oversight


The US base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000 -$75,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
