We are seeking a skilled Reporting Analyst to join our team and contribute to our reporting processes and data analysis efforts. As a Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing, improving, and generating reports for our Project NextGen migration teams. You will work closely with various stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, create insightful Tableau reports, and provide reliable insights derived from consolidated and validated data.

Additional Responsibilities include:

· Develop and maintain business intelligence tools that provide clear and robust data stories for management and business partners.

· Deliver statistical analysis and decision support models to support operational and financial performance.

· Target and propose areas for continued improvement and efficiency. Manage projects to achieve target results.

· Serve as a trusted advisor to management and business partners in supporting and attaining their objectives.

Qualifications

· Strong practical experience with statistical analysis methods and financial reporting.

· Knowledge of project management practices for business solution development and implementation.

· Ability to make presentations of data to non-technical audiences.

· Proficiency with data sourcing using SQL or R.

· Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.

· Familiarity with data ETL processes.

• · 4-5 years of experience in a financial or health care administration setting. Knowledge of medical claims a plus.
