Main Purpose Of Role


The HRIS Analyst is a key position in Human Resources Operations and responsible for the technical and functional support of Workday. Under the general supervision of the Senior Manager Global HR Operations, the incumbent provides day-to-day functional support for multiple comprehensive human resource information systems and is responsible for compiling data and conducting related analyses. Additionally, they will ensure effective business processes and operational efficiencies, enhance customer experiences, and implement technology solutions and/or enhancements across systems and programs within global PCI HR.


Main Responsibilities


  • Monitor employee forum areas for appropriate content and workplace practices.
  • Manage and execute all Workday solution related activities.
  • Collaborate with other key stakeholders to identify systems gaps and effectively develop solutions.
  • Gather requirements, collaborate on design, configure, test, troubleshoot, deploy and optimize multiple HRIS functionality and other HR related systems such as ADP and Quantum.
  • Use multiple HR systems to record information, train other systems users, generate reports and update, complying with Data Protection, and associated internal SLAs.
  • Leverage Excel skills to pull and integrate data from various systems for reports that help influence business decisions and identify opportunities to evolve future iterations of these reports.
  • Monitor and assure data integrity of internal HR systems and databases; partner with internal PCI IT as needed.
  • Act as SME and a point of contact for HR in the area of data and system processes.
  • Works on projects and assignments to fulfil business requirements
  • Produce HR metrics and reports within specified timescales to ensure SLAs are met, to support the business in driving performance.
  • Work in very close partnership with European/US HR Operations to ensure global lens is applied to data analysis work.
  • Understand dependencies of all relevant systems that impact different Workday modules
  • Communicate actively with all main stakeholder and user groups.
  • Serves as a liaison between HR, IT, Payroll and others for HR Systems enhancements and changes


Experience And Skills


Essential


  • Prior experience in system implementations and upgrades preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of Workday configuration experience in HCM and Recruiting.
  • 3-5 years of progressive professional experience in or supporting a Human Resources department or function.
  • Proficiency with developing queries and analysing data from human resources information systems, preferably ADP and/or Workday.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
