Hris Administrator – Ukg (3164) Jobs

NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking an HRIS Administrator to join our client’s team. This is a remote, direct hire position. Candidate should be located in the Eastern Time Zone.

SALARY: $80K + bonus

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with UKG
• Demonstrated ability with UKG modules including Core and Dimensions
• Implementation experience
• Knowledge of HR Ecosystem/Systems, technical aptitude, benefits, payroll
• Experience with UKG Platform Security – users, groups and roles
• 3+ years of HRIS Admin experience

Responsibilites

• Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards, providing insights and analysis to HR and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR and payroll departments to design and implement new HR processes, procedures, and policies.
• Frequently collaborate with expert Cognos resource for overcoming roadblocks and escalating mid-large complexity reports and dashboards for programming and development.
• Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
• Provide oversight of UKG integrations that flow to and from the UKG ecosystem.
• Manage and maintain HR data, including employee information, job information, and compensation data.
• Administer and maintain the HR information system (UKG), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Provide first-level support to HR and payroll departments, including resolving system issues, answering questions, and providing training and guidance as needed.
• Stay current with UKG updates and new features, recommending changes to improve system functionality and user experience.
• Participate in HRIS projects and initiatives, including system upgrades, data migrations, and integrations with other systems.
