About Our Client
The client is a well-known and well-regarded nonprofit special education school in NYC. Their mission is to provide a nurturing and inclusive environment for children ages 3 to 14 with learning differences. They are dedicated to promoting for diversity and inclusion within the community and aim to make everyone feel comfortable and confident.

• Participate on the Employee DEI Committee.
• Oversee and manage the annual review process for all staff members.
• Manage all aspects of the hiring process and onboarding of employees.
• Use data collection and analysis to help expand employee recruitment and retention.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance.
• Spearhead efforts to develop a multi-year talent management strategy.
• Lead human resources efforts to provide a high-performance, inclusive culture for students and staff.

The Successful Applicant

• Certification required (SHRM, HRCI)
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience
• Ability to be in the office full-time
