Job Description
Campus Recruiting Specialist
Principal Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate logistics and execution of on-campus and in-house recruiting events
  • The individual will develop strategic relationships with target schools through events and partnerships
  • Build and evolve long-term relationships with universities
  • Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates
  • Help develop strong relationships with all candidates and new hires through the recruiting process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system
  • Design and execute new learning initiatives to retain junior talent
  • Work with the HR team to provide reports regarding recruiting efforts
  • Determine metrics for program success and communicate with stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Work closely with managers throughout recruiting process and summer programs
  • Develop and maintain documentation on each interview process
Qualifications/Skills Required:
  • Must have the ability to manage relationships at all levels: senior leadership, hiring managers, college administration/faculty, and students
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work closely and create partnerships with senior business leaders
  • Experience with technology and/or diversity recruitment a plus
  • Minimum of 3 year of recruiting experience
  • A familiarity with technical roles and college/university recruitment is preferred
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
  • Ability to travel as necessary
  • Proven track record working with social media, conferences, events and campus recruiting channels
  • Excellent skills in attracting/retaining talent, solid verbal and written communication skills are an absolute must
  • Experience with candidate tracking using Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Strong understanding of the campus recruiting lifecycle and hiring processes
The estimated base salary range for this position is $70k to $160k, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
