Job Description
Employer is currently hiring for a Remote Data Entry Specialist position. Join our team and gain the following advantages:

Job Responsibilities


  • Accurately record and document activities and patient interactions using appropriate systems and records.
  • Perform data entry of approximately 7 documents per hour, with a goal of processing 10-12 documents per hour once proficient.
  • Conduct benefit verification, obtain insurance determinations, and assess income to ensure patient eligibility for supported programs.


Requirements


  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
