Job Title: HR Generalist / Executive Assistant - Remote
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HR practices and procedures is a plus but not required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Experience working remotely or in virtual environments is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Assist in organizing company-wide events or activities such as training sessions or team-building initiatives.
- Assist in recruitment processes such as posting job openings on various platforms, screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records by updating HR databases regularly.
- Handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining data integrity at all times.
- Support employee onboarding/offboarding activities including new hire orientation paperwork/documentation processing and exit interviews.
- Manage office supplies inventory by monitoring stock levels and placing orders when necessary.
- Provide administrative support to the executive team by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel accommodations, preparing reports/documents/presentations, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
- Proficiency in using HR software or databases is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred but not mandatory; relevant work experience will also be considered.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
