Job Title: HR Generalist / Executive Assistant - Remote

Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an HR Generalist / Executive Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team while also assisting with various HR tasks. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States.


Skills


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with HR practices and procedures is a plus but not required
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Experience working remotely or in virtual environments is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities


Responsibilities


  • Assist in organizing company-wide events or activities such as training sessions or team-building initiatives.
  • Assist in recruitment processes such as posting job openings on various platforms, screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records by updating HR databases regularly.
  • Handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining data integrity at all times.
  • Support employee onboarding/offboarding activities including new hire orientation paperwork/documentation processing and exit interviews.
  • Manage office supplies inventory by monitoring stock levels and placing orders when necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel accommodations, preparing reports/documents/presentations, etc.


Qualifications


  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
  • Proficiency in using HR software or databases is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred but not mandatory; relevant work experience will also be considered.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
