Hr Compliance Program Specialist Jobs

Resolve I-9 E-Verify issues and follow-up with Store Managers via Zendesk as needed

Answer questions regarding onboarding requirements.

1+ years’ in HR or related experience.

Familiarity with I-9 requirements and E-Verify issues.

(must have experience with Workday, E-Verify, Equifax, Zendesk, Excel)

Minimum of 40 hours per week

6+ years of experience working in program and/or project management and in a regulatory, compliance, human resources, or legal role

As part of program implementation, deliver comprehensive strategies for change management, training and enablement, and insights and reporting.

Familiarity with enterprise sales contract negotiation and management

Experience implementing innovative processes that promote effective operations, compliance, and reporting at enterprise scale

Experience managing complex projects at an enterprise level and working closely with sales, legal, and human resources functions

Experience creating systems of record and preparing for audits
