Duties & Responsibilities:


With an eye toward fantastic colleague experiences, the HR Benefits and Systems Analyst will:


  • Educate and mentor HR colleagues to guide them in their communications with employees in relation to the employees benefit plans.
  • Serve as a primary support for HR systems, currently including Greenhouse and ADP, to ensure effective utilization and efficient processes.
  • Advise on the development, implementation, and maintenance of training of materials to support HR systems
  • Support HR initiatives with analytics and dashboard development
  • In partnership with HR Operations, generate reports and analysis from HRIS systems to support leadership requests and business goals.
  • Confirm accuracy and integrity of employee data, position attributes, and organizational structures through audits and query generation and coordinate data cleanup as necessary.
  • Work with the Director of Total Rewards to develop, implement, administer and maintain benefits programs, policies and procedures, ensuring they are equitable, meet colleague needs, align to Azurity’s culture and are cost effective
  • Provide support throughout HR system related implementation, training, and project rollouts
  • Serves as primary contact for employees related to more complex benefit issues and handles the administration of leave, FMLA and Disability.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for HR systems related help tickets or questions
  • Identify and resolve the root causes of HR systems related challenges


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR or related field of study preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 3+ years benefits administration experience, and 3+ years HRIS administration experience
  • Direct experience with ADP and Greenhouse very helpful but not required
  • Process improvement, Six Sigma, Management System, LEAN or similar experience highly regarded
  • A benefits related certification, like CEBS, is highly regarded but not required
