You will report to the HR Advisory Program Director / Business Manager, and will work directly with members of the HR Advisory Program Management Office, Global HR Advisory Heads, and have exposure to the HR Advisory Extended Leadership Team.
Job Responsibilities:
ORGANIZATIONAL DESIGN / OPERATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS
- Maintaining and enhancing existing HR Advisory Tools, progressing our automation journey, and minimizing reliance on manual intervention. This includes: (1) Partnering with Global HR Advisory Heads and Team leads to triage, log, and address stakeholder feedback on these tools; (2) Supporting the analysis of key data points to aid in identifying themes and trends (e.g. attrition, career platform, client profiles); (3) Producing executive-ready scorecards, presentations, and associated analytics; (4) Maintaining client coverage Tableau dashboard, and developing enhancements based on stakeholder feedback; (5) Leading and executing client segmentation evergreen strategy to simplify the process while enhancing the accuracy. Partnering with stakeholders to develop and refine process; (6) Working with regional partners to build out local escalation points for HR Advisory consultation;

HR ADVISORY STRATEGIC INITIATIVES:
- Serving on the Role of the Manager working group, analyzing firmwide manager data, identifying trends, and working to evolve the HR Advisory perspective as a solution evolves
- Executing approved HRBA Voice of the Client initiative (Measurement Strategy) and subsequent analysis, summarization, and development of next steps
- Participating in other strategic initiatives as they develop

BUSINESS MANAGEMENT:
- Tracking HR Advisory Headcount, and maintaining up-to-date records on upcoming and current open roles (incl the associated rationale), joiners and leavers to the organization
- Partnering with Firmwide HR Finance & Business Management team to analyze headcount trends, execute annual budget planning process, and lead semi-annual review of HR Advisory Cost Center methodology

HR ADVISORY CONTROLS: Working with regional and functional partners to support business resiliency planning efforts throughout the year
Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Ability to drive and sustain operational excellence and to develop controls
- Ability to work collaboratively, influence, and to cultivate and sustain partnerships with internal clients and colleagues
- Client focused, proactive and results oriented, with ability to work within a matrixed, geographically dispersed, complex business
- Prioritization and execution skills; ability to work well under pressure and to manage multiple priorities; Self-starting, high energy, independent thinker
- Well-developed analytical skillset, including data analysis, visualization, and insight delivery
- Advanced capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint, and experience using Microsoft Teams
- ~5 years of experience in Human Resources, management consulting, business transformation, or related function
