Alvarez & Marsal's Corporate Performance Improvement practice is looking for experienced Digital and Technology Services professionals to help our clients to modernize their technology landscape and maximize their technology investment.


Experience should include one or more of the following:


  • Technology and Process Transformation
  • ERP Strategy – ERP assessment, planning, process improvement, experience with various ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Workday)
  • IT/Enterprise/ERP
  • Technology Investment Management and Cost Takeout
  • Distressed program/project turnaround
  • ERP Solution implementation management


Responsibilities:


  • Mentor and coach junior staff
  • Develop and deliver project related communications, including preparation of executive level presentations
  • Lead technical assessments, strategy, architecture, planning and execution activities in collaboration with A&M, client and 3rd party resources, with a focus on business objectives and outcomes
  • Serve as Project Lead and/or Subject Matter Advisor on A&M’s Digital and Technology Services oriented client projects
  • Integrate findings and recommendations into A&M’s broader scope and deliverables on respective client engagements
  • Support A&M’s practice development efforts by contributing to internal training, content and people development activities


Qualifications:
  • Aerospace, Automotive, Consumer Products, Energy, Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Media, Pharmaceuticals, Public and Social sector, Real Estate, Retail and Transportation
  • Comfortable with travel
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MIS a plus
  • 4-12 years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience
  • Experience in any of the following industries preferred:
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects and directly supervising project resources


The following are the annual base salary ranges, commensurate with experience: Consultant: $90,000-$135,000; Manager: $135,000-$165,000; Director: $150,000-$205,000; Senior Director: $175,000-$245,000. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
