Job Description

Helpdesk support in Banking/Financial experience preferred.


Required Knowledge/Experience:


  • Ticketing experience required
  • Experience working with C-level executives
  • MAC and Windows support experience
  • Basic infrastructure support
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Experience troubleshooting/managing O365, Active Directory
  • 2 years of help desk support experience in the banking/wealth management/financial industry.
