Job Description

My client is a an embedded payments company for high-growth vertical software platforms Their strategy is to expand its offerings around the world, by embedding payments capabilities within Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms.


They are currently building a team of SDR's in their Denver (Colorado) office to help grow the business.


Tasks


  • Coaching of SDRs including setting up effective individual training plans, one-to-one training, and weekly training.
  • Performance analysis of reps including Performance against quota, Overall Activity, administrative performance (CRM management etc.)
  • Recruitment and managing the 360 recruitment of new SDRs together with our talent team
  • Identify opportunities for better process and/or structure to drive improved efficiency.
  • You will be the CEO of your team: responsible for your own targets and responsible for the total SDR function
  • Day to Day Management of SDR Teams Lead including weekly 1-2-1s to discuss both personal and professional matters
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, including liaising interdepartmentally. Most notably working with the AE, Marketing, Product, and Sales Ops teams
  • Ensuring all reports are adhering to company values
  • Delivery of ad hoc reporting where necessary including a good knowledge of salesforce reporting
  • Leading by example, ensuring they themselves are adhering to Cledara’s core values and meeting the expectations they set for the team themselves.
  • Retaining top talent within the team
  • Review, Create and Improve on messaging to improve connect and conversion rates


Requirements


  • Ability to learn quickly and you are always searching for ways to expand your knowledge
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator (or similar tools)
  • Has experience with SaaS product and business models
  • Has 2+ years in a sales management role, ideally within a fast growing environment
  • Has strong communication skills (both oral & written)
  • Thrive in a goal-oriented environment

  • You will have a strong passion for sales and sales processes


Ideal but not necessary: Worked in the Fintech or SaaS idustry before.


This role will be office based in Denver Colorado.
