As a Sales Development Representative you'll::


  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify and qualify potential customers in the eCommerce industry
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively articulate Mayan's value proposition to potential customers
  • Conduct thorough research on target accounts and industries to understand their pain points and tailor sales messages accordingly
  • Utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media, to engage with prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective strategies to drive revenue growth

Compensation:


  • This role carries a base salary of $50,000-60,000, based on market data and location, relative to our size, industry, and stage of growth.
  • This role also carries a commission variable of $25,000-30,000
