We are a global organization that enables low-income communities and small businesses to access financial services that meet their needs. We are seeking a Head of Programs and Impact to join our senior leadership team and lead our program strategy, implementation, and evaluation.

As the Head of Programs and Impact, you will be responsible for setting the direction and ensuring the quality of our programs across multiple countries and regions. You will also lead the monitoring, evaluation, learning, and reporting of our program results and impact.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A deep understanding of the financial inclusion landscape, trends, opportunities, and challenges
• A strategic vision and a results-oriented approach
• A proven track record of leading and managing large-scale programs that deliver positive social outcomes
• Dedication to our mission and goals
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in program management, evaluation, or related fields
