This role is full time and available in New York City.
Responsibilities
Working closely with our VP, Marketing HR and Agency Leadership, this role will be instrumental in keeping our teams members connected, engaged as we grow, and informed, including building and enhancing our policies, company meetings, and communications strategies.. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues at all levels and work across functions.
- Partner with HR to develop communications plans and materials for company-wide HR initiatives (e.g., annual Employee Engagement survey, performance reviews, Benefits Open enrollment, HR policy changes & enhancements, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with the studio team on internal D1A newsletters, multi-media collateral and other ongoing mediums identified in the channel strategy
- Provide communications support to Agency Leadership on company-wide announcements, talking points, staff meetings/town halls, slides, and blog posts in their authentic voice
- Use words and visuals to help drive long-term commitment to our agency vision and priorities, painting a clear picture of what it means to our team
- Build out and execute internal communications strategies that delivers on our agency goals, while also considering our agency tone, culture, and values
- Partner with internal teams on the strategy and execution of tentpole events and associated communications leading up to respective key moments
- Partner with Agency Leadership and HR to continually evolve our narrative as an employer of choice, using storytelling to bring the employee experience to life and understanding how how programs and initiatives impact our people
- Maintain internal Wiki/Intranet pages and all-hands meeting notes and agendas
- Build and maintain relationships with a senior leadership to increase visibility and improve the quality of communications throughout the agency and helping define ways to drive employee engagement
Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong relationship building skills
- Organized, self-motivated, proactive and can drive projects forward through completion
- Experience building communication plans as well as executing against them
- Strong presentation skills
- 7-9 years of relevant experience
- Must be able to work — and thrive — in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate flexibility and resourcefulness
- Passion for employee experience and company culture
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, English, Public Relations or Marketing preferred
- Experience managing all-hands meetings, internal newsletters, and reporting on key learnings
- Expertise in written/verbal communications with a strong attention to detail

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $100,000-$150,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as candidates' relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
