Job Highlights

• Leading a team of diverse, senior, Subject Matter Experts, that provide leadership w/r/t strategic corporate direction to site managers and their teams, influencing consistency to corporate HSSEQ standards while evaluating and promoting improvements to our manangement system based upon collective feedback.
• Align with Global Production, Technology, Safety & Environment (PTSE) HSEQ Team to develop and execute regional strategies, KPI's, and data analysis to support sites relative to the improvement of Regional HSEQ Performance
• Establish, leverage, communicate and faciliate LANXESS HSEQ "best practices" in the AMS region: Site Best Practices, Strategic HSEQ Action Plans, Process/Program Improvement, on/off Site Workshops, etc.
• Direction, advocacy and enforcement of legal compliance regulations and initiatives for all areas of HSEQ, internal and external to the company. Monitor and consult with respect to compliance to the applicable local legal requirements and standards for HSE.
• Manage all corporate HSE and Quality Management Systems and certifications, including Responsible Care (ISO9001, ISO14001, RC14001). Responsible for conducting and/or supporting internal audits (e,g, Global Management System, Process & Operational Management System, Global Compliance Checks) and external regulatory inspections (e.g., CFATS, OSHA, PSM/RMP, etc.). Establish a partnership process to assist sites with the resolution of items in those audits/inspections.
