Job Description

Focus on TMS and WMS implementation projects, enhancing supply chain efficiency and automation. This key role involves planning, executing, and optimizing technology solutions to align with business goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects, collaborating with stakeholders
  • Build strong internal and external relationships
  • Develop implementation strategy for TMS/WMS systems
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams
  • Monitor system performance and provide insights for improvement
  • Optimize processes for efficiency and cost reduction


Qualifications:

  • [10+] years of TMS/WMS implementation experience
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Proven project leadership in supply chain technology
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in relevant field
  • Proficiency in multiple TMS/WMS softwares and emerging tech
  • Change management and analytical expertise
