To help us achieve this vision, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Head of Community to spearhead the growth and management of our Discord community.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all community touchpoints.
• Monitor community trends and sentiments, providing valuable insights to internal stakeholders to shape product development and marketing strategies.
• Plan and host regular virtual events, workshops, and activities to encourage active participation and drive community retention.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive community engagement and growth strategy on Discord, aligning with our company's mission and values.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive community culture, fostering meaningful discussions, knowledge-sharing, and camaraderie among members.
• Act as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and think strategically about community development.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse community and address their needs effectively.

Please note that this position will be offered initially on an equity-only basis. As a fast-growing startup, we are committed to compensating our team members fairly and offering competitive salaries. However, until our company secures the necessary funding, this role will be compensated with equity in the company. We firmly believe in rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication and will set aside a salary for this role as soon as financially feasible.
