Reporting to the Creative Director and receiving Art Direction from the Director of Design & Print Solutions, this role will require a graphic designer who is passionate about graphic design and how it manifests itself in print (large and small scale) and digital collateral. Successful candidates will have experience with soup-to-nuts execution of signage design including everything from developing visual identity systems and logos; to creating mock-ups; to prepping files for print; and supervising installation and/or final delivery of files for digital signage. Portfolios must include signage design, large and small format; digital collateral examples, UX design; logo work and visual identity systems; and other full-scope branding campaigns, sets. Candidates who have functioned in teams made up of individuals with a mix of creative competencies (writers, video producers, animators), working together to execute large-scale, multi-media experiences are much desired. Individuals with experiential agencies or event production strongly preferred. Being flexible, enjoying collaboration, being well organized, self-directed, and having the ability to multitask with attention to detail. This is a mid-level position with opportunity for advancement. We are looking for someone who has work experience to bring to the table and is excited about a career in event design.

Successful candidates will have the following:

• Dedication and ability to work under pressure and not fazed by tight deadlines
• Ability to critically communicate and persuade around design concepts
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Passion for design, not satisfied with status quo...always thinking of ways to improve
• Strong eye for detail
• Ability to collect and interpret feedback
• Ability to present creative work internally and to clients
• Strong knowledge of print process for both large and small format items
• Must understand design in multiple mediums — print, digital, mobile
• 3+ years working in a creative department or team
• Must be willing to travel
• Dynamic, creative personality effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences
• Strong communication skills and ability to develop strong collaborative working relationships with internal and external clients
• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• A well-rounded portfolio of print and digital work

What you would be doing at Unbridled:

• Make informed recommendations on print deliverables that best suit the client’s needs
• Production (text layout, graphic and diagram creation, proofing, print and preparation) of event materials
• Must embody the Unbridled brand and culture, including character, change, credibility, and community
• Manage preferred print vendor relationships
• Client creative budget management
• Manage project workflow, timelines, and scope across internal departments and client accounts
• Creation, thematic development and production of creative collateral for client accounts, including logos/visual identity, printed collateral, signage design, and digital assets
