Marketing Associate / Graphic Designer

Our unparalleled success has now positioned us to expand from a market contender to be the dominant force in the industry, and we have created the new position of Marketing Associate / Graphic Designer to join our elite team of engineers, technicians and professionals.
This role is suited for someone that describes themselves as inquisitive, creative, organized, and curious. You will leverage experience in creative services and marketing principles to implement effective integrated marketing programs and associated campaigns to showcase and promote Triplepoint Environmental Services as an industry leader.
Some of What You’ll Be Doing:

• Continually updating and optimizing social media channels, including YouTube.
• Designing and producing collateral, including brochures, flyers, mailers, inserts, case studies, manuals, forms, proposals, and tradeshow graphics.
• Planning and coordinating events, including tradeshows, training, and social events.
• Managing the visual assets database.
• Designing digital content for the website, social media, and email; assisting with the production of powerpoints.
• Developing and managing visual content and messaging across all platforms, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timelines.
• Working with the sales team to ensure branding compliance, and assist them with sales efforts including co-op advertising and displays.

What You Bring:

• 3-5 years experience in a related marketing role.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, editing, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Superior planning and time management skills, with a demonstrated record of accomplishment in problem solving as well as seeking and creating solutions to challenges
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field.
• Experience working with and developing digital content for various platforms.
• A positive ‘can do’, fun approach to work with an owner’s mentality.
