Fresh Tape Media is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Graphic Design intern to join our growing Denver-based team. Our creative production company works with brands, sports properties and media companies to produce unique made-for-social video content. From static graphics to short form animations to editing highlights with special effects, we help brands get more engagement and widen their audience by making entertaining content that people actually want to see and share. Throughout the course of this internship you will create a wide scope of graphics for a variety of platforms. An eye for design/typography/layout as well as the ability to edit templates and build from scratch are musts, and a bit of humor will go a long way.

Responsibilities include:
  • Support the creative team with photo editing, illustration and graphic design
  • Develop branding assets for clients including mood board development, logo design, and typeface research
  • Prepare conceptual layouts for motion graphic projects like storyboards and animatics
  • Create and deliver graphic designs for various media
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas

Basic Qualifications:
  • Proficient understanding of Photoshop and Illustrator. Illustration and drawing abilities are a plus.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified timeframes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to execute projects under tight deadlines and with speedy revisions
  • Basic photography and photo editing
  • Strong conceptual skills and foundational knowledge of layout, color, and typography

Internship; 5 days/week. $20/hour.
