Overview

This job will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and engaging graphics that effectively communicate Centra’s brand message and enhance our marketing and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Marketing Business Partners to understand service line design requirements and provide creative solutions that align with stakeholder objectives.
• Produce compelling and aesthetically pleasing designs for digital platforms, such as websites, email campaigns, and social media.
• Develop and design high-quality visual content, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, infographics, social media graphics, banners, billboards, posters, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives, target audience, and key messaging, and translate them into visually appealing and impactful designs.
• Collaborate with external vendors, printers, and other service providers as necessary to ensure the successful production of materials.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Maintain an organized digital asset library to ensure easy access to approved brand assets and design templates for both internal Marketing and external corporate use.
• Use graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create and edit designs.

Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, New Media or related field / or 5+ years experience.

Required Experience: Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer. Proficiency in using graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition. Knowledge of brand development, protection, and promotion. A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work and demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience: Knowledge of web design principles and experience designing for digital platforms. Experience in healthcare or related industry. Experience with Asana. Familiarity with printing processes and specifications. Position involves videography, filming, post production editing and photography. Experience in this work required.
