and Responsibilities

The Marketing / Design Assistant will be an integral member of the firm’s marketing team, working side-by-side with the Associate Director of Marketing and Operations. While primarily production focused, there will be ample opportunity for creative input, collaboration, and independent execution.

Responsibilities include:

·Design and production of graphic elements (maps, collages, charts/graphs, invitations, social media assets, infographics)

·Assembly of pitch and offering documents 

·Creation of advertisements across media types

·Editing, sourcing, enhancing, and correcting project photographs and design assets

·Assist with the maintenance of company website

·Ensure brand and quality standards are applied across internal/external communications

·Create clean, organized files across a wide variety of deliverables and platforms, and throughout multiple rounds of revisions

Skills/Qualifications

·Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field

·Expert InDesign skills 

·Thorough knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

·Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, especially as it applies to text layout, styles, and image integration

·Ability to accurately, thoroughly, and consistently create quality materials that achieve the established company aesthetic

·Capacity to work quickly under tight deadlines with multiple priorities

·High-level attention to detail

·Ability to work in a team environment

·Possess a positive, can-do attitude

Ackman-Ziff offers a competitive compensation structure and a full range of benefits.

Salary range $50,000-$65,000 depending on experience.
