Position Summary

We are looking for a versatile and creative Digital Art & Graphics Designer to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on both corporate design projects and product-specific design initiatives, making a significant impact on our brand and product lines. This individual will wear multiple hats, responsible for creating visually stunning corporate materials while also contributing to the design of our product-related assets. This role requires a passion for design, creativity, and the ability to balance the demands of corporate branding with the unique needs of product design.

Key Responsibilities

• Image Editing: Edit and retouch images to enhance visual impact and quality.
• Conceptualization: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conceptualize and develop innovative design concepts that effectively communicate our brand and objectives.
• Brand Adherence: Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all design projects, reinforcing brand identity and messaging.
• Digital and Print Production: Prepare and optimize design files for both digital and print platforms, understanding the unique requirements of each medium.
• Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve and innovate.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and communicating progress effectively.
• Graphic Design: Create visually engaging and on-brand graphics for various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, presentations, social media graphics, infographics, and advertisements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Familiarity with marketing principles and an understanding of branding.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3 years) in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print materials.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
