Job Description
Role Summary


The Graphic Designer is a net new role established to manage and create digital assets for Pfizer’s supply chain end-users to support Temperature Control and Technology Innovation (TCTI) initiatives such as product launches and distribution and transportation readiness materials. This role will work under the leadership of Communications Manager. This role is responsible for formatting information into multiple formats, creating visual concepts, and serving as a point of contact for website administrators. You will maintain the multimedia library used by PGS (Pfizer Global Supply) in collaboration with Pfizer resources, and support internal and external website maintenance, as needed. This role will also work with the TCTI Center of Excellence (COE) to deliver content.


Responsibilities


Support the creation and updates of digital material and website management.


Responsible for ensuring consistent GSC presence, governance, and best practices across international markets


Responsible for actively supporting commercial-facing strategies inclusive of change management and communication plans, Global Readiness Website & content development GSC Market and PGS site readiness consultation across various product supply chains


Responsible for maintaining a library of templates, images, and visual concepts for TCTI


Responsible for working collaboratively internally and externally with partners in design aspects related to TCTI


Support content development and delivery


Support COE with design efforts and website management


Education


  • At least 3 years’ experience in desktop publishing, and graphic design
  • At least 2 years’ experience preferred in web design and management
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience


Competencies:


  • Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint
  • HTML, Web Design, Website Administration
  • Video animation
  • Storytelling
  • Adobe (Pro, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Graphic Design, including diagrams
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to understand business needs into tangible work outcomes
  • Highly organized and time constraint-conscious


Mental Requirements:


  • Ability to work with multicultural teams
  • Ability to organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology
  • Ability to compose complex materials such as clinical and logistic guidance, formal presentations, and customer letters.

  • Ability to work within a timeline constraint


Non-standard Work Schedule, Travel Or Environment Requirements


  • Nonstandard business hour support (e.g. weekends) as required
  • Must be able to work in a global environment across multiple time zones


The annual base salary for this position ranges from $85,700.00 to $142,800.00. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 12.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Pfizer compensation structures and benefit packages are aligned locally, the US Salary range provided does not apply to the Tampa, FL or any EXUS locations.


Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
