Graphic Designer Jobs

Landmark Homes is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team!

This position is responsible for designing all marketing creative and graphic elements for external and internal Company communications as well as supporting the Director of Marketing in other Company marketing initiatives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Designs all Company marketing and advertising materials for the Landmark brand and communities.

2. Designs elements for internal company communications including the company newsletter and branded materials.

3. Responsible for brand consistency across all marketing platforms including but not limited to Company website, signage, and marketing collateral.

4. Supports the marketing department's initiatives with the planning and execution of marketing programs.

5. Works with the Marketing Director on advertising placement and coordinates advertising efforts with publications.

6. Edits and resizes images as needed for listings, website, and advertising.

7. Designs and coordinates company signage.

8. Maintains inventory of signage and branded materials.

9. Updates marketing collateral and supplies sales communities with materials as needed.

10. Assists drafting with creation of new marketing items.

11. Assists with the coordination and staffing of company events.

12. Accomplish other tasks as assigned by the Director of Marketing and other members of the executive team.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design preferred.

2. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required.

3. Knowledge of marketing practices and principles.

4. Must be creative and artistic with a good eye for design.

5. Knowledge of media placement and graphic design concepts.

6. Experience with CAD helpful but not required

7. Skill in both verbal and written communication.

8. Ability to plan and organize one’s own activities.

The noise level in the work environment is mild to moderate. The primary room environment contains ambient room temperatures and lighting as found in a typical office environment.
