Cto/Sr. Software Engineer

Chief Technology Officer for new technology company wanted. We're based out of New York City and Manhattan Beach, CA and are preferably seeking a candidate open to position on contingency of ownership stake in the company (i.e., in lieu of preferred equity); however, we’re open to all proposals involving a salary or temporary contract, and are very grateful for all whom apply (as we certainly hope to soon hire many if not all that qualify to fulfill necessary growth requirement of company). Considering the very fast paced, yet successful growth rate of our market valuation and capitalization prior to us being properly funded by institutional investors (i.e., vc firms), we feel equity is the most appropriate method of approach when hoping to find someone who genuinely believes in the company before it becomes publicly traded for shareholders.

Ideal candidate should be proficient in development and integration of new APIs, high performance distributed applications, Xcode terminal assembly needed for iOS development, and expo dev compatibility needed for the build deployment and cross platform/device software development (i.e., Google play store via droids). The overseeing, scalability, and maintenance of our software’s system architecture, network security, and longterm adaptability to contemporary demands of digital infrastructure (i.e., new technological features, potential redesigns of schema and/ or quantified algorithms etc) will also prove ancillary.

Position will entail full stack development/improvement of frontend and backend for company’s software overtime inclusive to; customized filtering of voluntarily provided user data for optimization of search algorithm (without data being harvested/mined) even though candidate will/should be able to turn on switch for analyzing and collecting all data stored on our our network. Customizable ui/ux design based on what's needed for features and updates in accordance to monetization requirements such as; in app purchases, the seamless integration of advertisements on platform, and other scalable revenue verticals. Reconfiguration of original node mods found on our software’s backend api necessary for making file size of app smaller and other backend requirements (i.e., algorithms, data structures, varying software languages, ui/ux design, performance, and monetization) should not be a problem.

Overseeing the subsequent programmers to come in the near future (upon company securing proper funding) and being the primary executive responsible for the safety, optimal performance, and mandatory updates of the platform will be the entire job scope of the CTO we’re hoping to have on permanently. A great deal of decision making will be left up to the discretion and discernment of whomever the CTO (Sr. Software Engineer) of company is.
