Compilation and delivery of annual management company budget

Bachelor's degree required. (Real Estate Finance or Accounting degree preferred)

Requires depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized area and general knowledge of related areas

MVW Partners (“MVWP”) is seeking a Finance Professional (Associate Level) to support the MVW Partners Operations

The Finance Professional will be

Oversee the corporate and asset level budgeting process and work with key stakeholders at each individual asset

- Impeccable organizational and time management skills, coupled with attention to detail

- We provide our Investment Associates with a wide range of responsibilities, such as:

- Building and nurturing professional relationships with various industry actors, fund managers, and middlemen

- Excellent quantitative and analytical abilities

- Exceptional oral and written communication skills

- Identifying, assessing, and formalizing new fund investments and other opportunistic investments

Minimum 3 years of Finance/Accounting-related experience

Support the Finance Director in maintaining oversight of the regional cost centers

Minimum 3 years of experience working in a similar role,

Analytical skills, with an ability to understand and articulate financial data

Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

Experience working with SAP and Long View is a plus
