Working closely with the CEO and other key stakeholders, you will identify untapped market opportunities, foster robust customer relationships, and create innovative revenue models. Your exceptional leadership acumen and profound comprehension of the advertising industry will be instrumental in driving sales, optimizing profitability, and achieving our audacious revenue targets.


Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue generation strategy that impeccably aligns with the company's overarching goals and objectives.

- Inspire and guide a high-performing sales and business development team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Identify and vigorously pursue new business prospects, forge strategic partnerships, and explore novel channels to exponentially expand our market reach and fuel revenue growth.

- Spearhead the development and execution of cutting-edge pricing models, sales strategies, and go-to-market plans to maximize profitability and establish our position as an industry leader.

- Cultivate enduring relationships with key clients, influential industry figures, and strategic partners, solidifying Announcer Inc.'s position at the forefront of innovation and transformation in the advertising industry.

- Monitor market trends, proactively assess competitor activities, and leverage customer insights to identify emerging opportunities and proactively stay ahead of the curve.

- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure strategic alignment and flawless execution of revenue initiatives.

Compensation:


Announcer Inc. proudly offers a distinguished compensation structure befitting the stature of the Executive Vice President - Sales role. Instead of a traditional base salary, the Executive Vice President - Sales will be granted exclusive Profit Interest Units (PIUs) that vest evenly over four years (25% per year). Our innovative PIUs provide an opportunity for profit participation, directly aligning your achievements with the overall success and prosperity of our organization. The precise value of the PIUs will be determined based on the most recent price paid by investors in their acquisition of employee PIUs.
