Role: Executive Vice President of Technology

Company Description:

We are working a multiple sector global recruitment firm that is seeking an experienced and talented director of business development to build their Miami office. With the goal to build a strong and high-performing sales team, this is a huge opportunity for somebody looking to take ownership of an entire division across multiple verticals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, grow and manage the sales team, including market managers and recruitment consultants, to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Hire and train top-performing sales professionals to join the team and help expand our business
• Identify new business opportunities and markets for growth, and work closely with the executive team to develop and execute on growth strategies
• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the Florida growth

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, ideally with a focus on technology or life sciences recruitment
• Strong understanding of the technology industry and recruitment landscape, including market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve common goals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and identify opportunities for growth
• Proven track record of success in building and managing high-performing sales teams that consistently meet or exceed revenue targets

Compensation:

• OTE: 325-400k with upside and equity in the form of profits interest
• Base: $125,000-$150,000 + OTE + Equity
